A Dream to Work With…
Gary and his team were a dream to work with. The holes from other projects done in the home felt daunting and messy to deal with on our own. Gregoire and Sons expertly fixed all he plaster and dry wall hole to the point where it looks like we just forgot to paint! We will be recommending Gregoire and Sons to anyone and everyone we know for their drywall and plaster needs from now on!
Very Helpful…
Gary was very helpful in pointing out all what needed to be done in prepping for the work to be done.. He took care of all issues that arose and the quality of work was great. Definitely a very good contractor.
A True Craftsman…
Outstanding work, a true craftsman. Finished the job completely and it looked better than I could have ever hoped. I d hire Gary again in a second!
Our Plasterer
In all the years we have been working on Nantucket, Gary and his crew have been an integral part of our team of craftsman. Our business is a design/build company specializing in historic preservation and restoration of Nantucket’s significant structures. With Gary’s help, over the last 25 years, our projects have always been a success. Honesty and integrity seem inadequate to describe Gary. He is a professional in all his efforts, whether the task is patching a small very important plaster wall from the 1700’s, or skim coating plaster over blue board on newly added walls. He comes to the jobsite with the standard of quality work that we expect (and he requires) and in turn our clients are thrilled with the final product.
If you have Gary and his crew plaster your home, it will certainly reflect the passion and dedication of his efforts. His skills were learned as an ancient art taught by his family of plasterers and he takes that knowledge and converts it into the most wonderful blend of old world and modern technology.
I can’t think of a project that we did not work together on. He is our plasterer. We are proud to call Gary a colleague, but almost more importantly a friend. And that partnership, along with this talented tradesman, has afforded our business to become a hallmark company on Nantucket.
Easy to Work With…
