Fixing sagging beams. Re-securing loose purlins. Ensuring your ceiling looks great and is safe. Sometimes beams shift, sag, or become uneven. Purlins (those supporting roof/ceiling joists) may loosen over time or due to structural changes. These issues can lead to cracks in plaster, unsafe joists, or just unsightly ceilings. You don’t have to live with uneven walls, cracks, or bouncing ceilings. We understand — and we fix it. At times, we encounter structural issues with wonky beams and loose purlins. You too? We’ve got you covered! We will jack up and support the beams and resecure the purlins so your ceiling will not only have the look you desire but will be safe and secure as well.

Our Approach to Beams & Purlins
- Assessment & Diagnosis
We begin by carefully inspecting the existing beams and purlins. We look for sagging, rot, stress cracks, wood warpage, structural movement, and more. - Temporary Shoring & Jacks
Before making adjustments, we secure the structure so nothing shifts or further damages while work is ongoing. - Re-leveling & Supporting Beams
We’ll jack up and stabilize beams to restore them to proper alignment. - Re-secure & Reinforce Purlins
Loose purlins are re-fastened or replaced. Additional strapping or reinforcement is added as needed to ensure long-term stability. - Finish Work & Integration
Once structure is sound, we handle associated plaster or finish work so the transition is seamless and aesthetic.
